Case Study for the Lodge at Weston Hills

The Weston Hills Maintenance Association Board recently had a case study done on the impact the proposed project, The Lodge at Weston Hills will have on market values.

They reviewed and considered the following impacts:
  • The impact of added traffic flow to the gated community with one access road into the development. Will that impact the values of the properties? 
  • The impact to surrounding properties with a multi-story multifamily residential use being developed on this site? 
  • The impact on market values if the golf course closed or went into bankruptcy?
  • Any other potential impacts from the development of this project as proposed with a 5 story 274-unit rental community identified as the Lodge at Weston Hills.
The group compared the proposed project to similar projects across South Florida and took into consideration home prices, traffic studies and more.
